Richelle Hair

Richelle Hair currently serves as the Leadership Development and Culture Manager as well as the Service Excellence Manager at Hendrick Health since December 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Teacher at Midland ISD from August 2020 to December 2021, and prior to that, Richelle worked as an Instructor of Communication at Howard Payne University from August 2017 to August 2020, following a position as a Graduate Instructor at Texas Tech University from August 2015 to August 2017. Richelle holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University, obtained in 2017 and 2015, respectively.
