Bryan Fleck

Bryan Fleck is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on engine development in the motorsports sector. Currently serving as the Engine Development Engineering Manager at Hendrick Motorsports since July 2007, Bryan supervises a team responsible for engine development and testing activities, playing a key role in defining engine packages and setting test objectives. Previously, as an Engine Engineering Analyst at Hendrick Motorsports, Bryan specialized in the performance development of NASCAR V8 engines, overseeing crucial components such as crankshafts and pistons. Bryan's career began at Advanced Engine Technology, where responsibilities included designing engine components, particularly pistons, aimed at enhancing performance while ensuring durability. Bryan holds a PhD in Engine Design and Simulation from Queen's University Belfast, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
