Sara Skarda

Sara Skarda currently serves as the Vice President of People Experience at Hendricks Commercial Properties, a role held since June 2016, where oversight includes recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and leadership. Sara’s experience at Hendricks also includes roles as People Experience Manager and HR Manager, focusing on day-to-day operations and staff management in employee relations. Prior to Hendricks, Sara worked at Regal Beloit Corporation as a Talent Specialist and Benefits Specialist, managing the global development program and overseeing various benefit plans. Sara's career began at Humana, where roles included Account Concierge Specialist and Customer Care Specialist. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a BA in Electronic Media and Public Relations from Wartburg College.
