Joel Harbaugh

Joel Harbaugh is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in major gift fundraising, gift planning, and athletic fundraising. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the HRH Foundation at Hendricks Regional Health since August 2023, Joel previously held the position of President and Executive Director at Union Health Foundation, Inc. from June 2012 to August 2023. Prior to that, Joel worked as the Associate Vice President at Indiana State University Foundation between May 2003 and May 2012, where leadership included managing major gift development and providing marketing support for the institution's first comprehensive campaign. Experience also includes roles as Partner at Spyglass Investment Management and Trust Officer at Old National Trust Company. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and a Master of Arts in Communication, both from Indiana State University.
