James Parr

James Parr is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Director Operations for Group Europe Auxiliary & Components at Hendrickson since January 2023, James has held significant leadership roles including Managing Director at XANDOR Automotive from November 2019 to February 2023 and Plant Manager at JCB from July 2018 to November 2019. Prior experience includes multiple managerial positions at Kongsberg Automotive from January 2008 to July 2018, such as Plant Manager and Global Launch Manager. James's career began with engineering roles at Teleflex Automotive and Capro Europe, where responsibilities included program management and project engineering. James holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Staffordshire, completed from 1993 to 1996.
