Juan Guillen

Juan Guillen is an experienced manufacturing professional with extensive expertise in leadership and operations. Currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at Hendrickson since January 2015, Juan previously held the position of Supervisor at Arrow Gear Company from June 2009 to January 2015, focusing on gear manufacturing processes including spiral bevel cutting, lapping, grinding, spur cutting, and spline shaping. Juan's educational background includes completing an Executive Leadership Program with a focus on Lean Manufacturing, Sales, and Project Management at TMA in 2014, as well as earning a Black Belt in Six Sigma from Paccar in 2015.
