Neil Lynch

Neil Lynch has a diverse work experience history in operations and supply chain management. Starting as a Business Analyst at Severn Trent in 2001, they then transitioned to roles at Automotive Insulations Ltd, where they served as a Production Engineer and later as a Production Manager and Factory Manager. In 2013, Neil joined Mecalac as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, progressing to Senior Operations Manager and finally as Head of Supply Chain. Most recently, Neil worked at Hendrickson as the Head of Operations and Supply Chain, showcasing their expertise in operational leadership, supply chain transformation, and strategic procurement.

Neil Lynch earned a Bachelor of Engineering - BEng Hons in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West of England from 1997 to 2001.
