Ingrid Peeters

Ingrid Peeters is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager and HR Project & Change Manager at Hendrix Genetics since June 2015. In this capacity, Ingrid leads the implementation of a global HR system, ensuring project goals are met within budget and timelines. Previously, Ingrid was the HR Manager for the Layer Business Unit, responsible for global learning and development and HR process improvements. Prior to Hendrix Genetics, Ingrid held the position of Human Resources Manager at Xerox, focusing on HR policies related to mobility, performance management, and learning & development. Ingrid's career started as an HR Advisor at Bavaria. Currently, Ingrid is pursuing a Masterclass in Strategic HRM at NCOI University of Applied Sciences, building on a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
