Alice-Kate Smith

Alice-Kate Smith has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, currently serving as a Property & Insurance Administrator at Hendy Group since November 2015, while also holding the position of Centre Host / Sales Administrator. Prior to this role, Alice-Kate worked for Westover Group in a similar capacity from November 2015 to November 2019 and began a career in customer service as a Customer Service Agent with the Department for Work and Pensions from January 2006 to November 2015. Alice-Kate holds a Diploma in Beauty Therapy from Sauna Pines Training School, completed between 1988 and 1990, and is a graduate of Bulmershe Comprehensive, having attended from 1983 to 1988.
