Elisabeth Kreuzer

Elisabeth Kreuzer is a seasoned Private Equity Lawyer with extensive experience in private and public M&A, corporate law, and corporate restructurings, currently serving as a Partner at Hengeler Mueller since October 2013. Previous roles include Legal Counsel at KKR & Co. L.P. during a secondment, and International Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where Elisabeth gained experience in corporate and real estate M&A transactions. Elisabeth's legal training includes clerkships at Hanseatic Higher Regional Court and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, as well as a research and teaching assistantship at Bucerius Law School. Educational qualifications comprise an Erstes Staatsexamen and a Bachelor of Laws from Bucerius Law School, further supplemented by advanced studies at the University of St.Gallen and a visiting student program at Boston University School of Law.
