Elisabeth Kreuzer is a seasoned Private Equity Lawyer with extensive experience in private and public M&A, corporate law, and corporate restructurings, currently serving as a Partner at Hengeler Mueller since October 2013. Previous roles include Legal Counsel at KKR & Co. L.P. during a secondment, and International Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where Elisabeth gained experience in corporate and real estate M&A transactions.
