Dan Furth

Dan Furth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dan is currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Heniff Transportation Systems, LLC since February 2022.

Prior to that, Dan worked at National Tank Truck Carriers from 2008 to 2020. Dan held various roles, including President, CEO, and Board Member, where they supervised all functions of a 600-member association and implemented the association's strategic plan for effective advocacy, education, and safety. Dan also increased revenue and membership during a time of carrier consolidation.

From 2005 to 2008, Dan was the Executive Vice President and Principal Financial Officer at Health Discovery Corporation. Dan managed SEC reporting and compliance, strategic planning, shareholder relations, and business development, and successfully launched the company's intellectual property portfolio monetization.

In the early 2000s, Dan worked as an independent principal and consultant at DAM Consulting. Dan advised multiple entities in various industries and provided expertise in areas such as operational and communications strategy, strategic planning, business development, and corporate communications.

Before that, from 1994 to 2000, Dan held the position of Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Marketing & Communications at Quality Distribution. Dan supervised all internal and external communications functions and played a key role in company publications and growth.

Dan's earlier experience includes roles at Physicians Healthcare Centers, Inc., where they co-founded the company and served as the Vice President of Corporate Relations, and at The Olson Capital Group as a Vice President. Dan also served as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman at RTA - Regional Transportation Authority.

Dan began their career as a Retail Account Executive at Bacon, Whipple Inc. in 1986.

Dan Furth earned a Bachelor's degree in American Government and Politics (United States) from Georgetown University in 1986.
