Sofia Rychly

Sofia Rychly has a diverse work experience across various industries. Sofia started their career as a Financial Representative at Interbank, where they quickly took on responsibilities to sell financial products and achieved sales well above the company's goal. Sofia then worked as a Credit Analyst at Grupo Monge, analyzing credit card applications and maintaining high performance within their work group.

Sofia later served as an Administrative Assistant at the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (MINAGRI), where they reconciled financial records and communicated with World Bank and ministry officials to address and prevent financial discrepancies. As a Tour Guide at Eastern Illinois University, they provided information to prospective students and assisted in office tasks.

Sofia continued their academic journey as a Graduate Assistant for the Lumpkin Distinguished Professor of Entrepreneurship at Eastern Illinois University, conducting research, organizing events, and building a research database. Sofia was also an Office Manager at MUSTARD SEED CHRISTIAN DAYCARE, managing finances, maintaining records, and updating the website and social media platforms.

In their role as a Sales Coordinator at Engineered Fluid, Inc., Sofia analyzed and prepared proposals, developed budgets, and streamlined ERP processes. As an Independent Consultant at Trisquel Servicios Inmobiliarios, they evaluated projects, designed sales strategies, and achieved sales goals in the midst of the pandemic.

Most recently, Sofia worked as an Independent Consultant at EsSalud, where they analyzed and developed improvement strategies in the "Farmacia Vecina program," resulting in reduced call center abandonment rates and increased customer satisfaction.

Currently, Sofia is working as an Account Manager at Heniff Transportation Systems, LLC.

Sofia Rychly completed their education with a Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Applied Management, from Eastern Illinois University in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Management from the same institution in 2017. In 2013, they began their education at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, although the specific degree and field of study they pursued there are unknown. Additionally, in June 2022, they obtained a certification in Writing a Cover Letter from LinkedIn.
