Ilona Volpert

Ilona Volpert began their work experience in 1999 as the Head of Finance Operational Excellence Central Europe at Ernst & Young / Capgemini. In 2011, they joined LyondellBasell as the Director of Finance Development. In 2014, Volpert moved to Henkel, where they held the positions of Corporate Director and Head of Finance and Global Supply Chain Governance. Ilona continues to work at Henkel in their latest role.

Ilona Volpert has a Diploma in Managerial Accounting and Management from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt. Ilona also completed an MBA in Strategy from Hult International Business School. Additionally, they have recently completed a course in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.
