John Timmerman

John Timmerman began their work experience in 2003 at Cargill as a Research Engineer. John later joined The Bergquist Company in 2007 as a Senior R&D Engineer. In 2014, they started working at Henkel as a Principal Scientist and Technical Manager, where they led a team of product development scientists and acted as a subject matter expert for adhesives, sealants, and composites.

John Timmerman received a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University between 1995 and 1999. John also holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, completed until 2003. Additionally, they have a Project Management Certificate from the University of Minnesota, obtained in the year 2012.
