Marie-Christine Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Marie-Christine currently holds the position of Corporate Vice President Quality & Safety, Health, Environment at Henkel since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Schneider Electric as Vice President Customer Satisfaction & Quality - Power Products Division from January 2019 to May 2022, and as VP Customer Satisfaction & Quality Power Breakers from January 2017 to January 2019. Marie-Christine also served at Volvo Group as Vice President Quality Volvo Group Trucks Operations EMEA from January 2014 to January 2017, and as Supplier Quality Director EMEA from February 2007 to December 2013. Additionally, they held roles at VALEO as Division Quality Director from October 2004 to January 2007, and as Supply Chain Manager from September 1999 to September 2004. Earlier in their career, they worked at Garnier Mexicana SA as Plant Manager from December 1998 to August 1999, and at Autobar Packaging Group in various roles including Customer Service Director, Production Planning Manager, and Quality Manager from 1991 to 1998.

Marie-Christine Martinez completed an Executive Education Program in Tranforming Schneider Leadership from INSEAD in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Engineering degree in Energy from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon in the years 1986-1991. Marie-Christine also spent a year at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in 1989-1990 studying Maschinenbau.
