Robert McNamee has had a diverse range of roles and experiences throughout their career. Robert began their career as an Associate in employment litigation and labor at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, where they worked from 1996 to 2003. Robert then joined Day Pitney LLP as a Senior Associate in employment litigation from 2003 to 2007. After that, they worked at Henkel Corporation as a Director & Assistant General Counsel, focusing on labor, employment, and commercial matters from 2007 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Pratt & Whitney as HR Compliance Counsel and Director of Employee & Labor Relations, before returning to Henkel in 2017. At Henkel, they held multiple roles, including Vice President & Associate General Counsel, overseeing North American litigation, and Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for North America. In these roles, they managed a large portfolio of litigation matters and led the Risk Management and Insurance function for the region.

Robert McNamee received a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1996. In 2010, they obtained a Certificate in Basics in International Management from Cranfield University, as well as a Certificate in Leadership in the Global Enterprise from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the College of the Holy Cross, graduating in 1992.
