Ann Fedeli

Ann Fedeli is currently the Director of HR North America at Henkel, where they lead strategic HR initiatives and focus on enhancing the employee experience. Previously, they served as Vice President of Learning and Development at Penguin Random House, where they spearheaded significant talent management programs and played a key role in fostering an inclusive corporate culture. Ann's career has been marked by a commitment to developing diverse talent and improving employee engagement, evidenced by their efforts in DEI and corporate citizenship. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature at Smith College.
