Michelle Tétreault

Michelle Tétreault has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management roles. Michelle currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Panels Products - North America at Weyerhaeuser, leading the HR function for a large manufacturing environment. Prior to this, they held the position of Lead Human Resources Manager at the same company. Michelle also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Weyerhaeuser.

In addition to their work at Weyerhaeuser, Tétreault has served as the Board President at Purcell Strata Counsel. Michelle also held various HR management roles at the City of Saskatoon, including Manager of Strategic HR and Acting Manager of Employment & Total Compensation.

Earlier in their career, Tétreault was the Director of Organizational Development & Talent Management at Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority. Michelle also served as the Manager of Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition at Farm Credit Canada, where they led strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts.

Throughout their career, Tétreault has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.

Michelle Tétreault has a Bachelor of Education degree in French from the University of Regina, which they obtained between 1991 and 1995. In 2007, they pursued a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Saskatchewan. Additionally, in 2015, they obtained the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation from CPHR Saskatchewan.
