Ben Johnson is a results-driven operations leader with over 12 years of experience in plant leadership, strategy consulting at BCG, and global digital transformation at Henkel. Currently, Ben is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at Monash University while completing their Victorian Certificate of Education at Wesley College. Previously, Ben held the position of Global Head of Digital Operations (Interim) at Henkel and served as a Plant Manager at JDN Monocrane Pty Ltd. At BCG, Ben was the APAC lead for manufacturing and Industry 4.0, managing the Innovation Center for Operations in Singapore and delivering numerous projects focused on operational improvement and digital manufacturing.
