Burcak Conley

Burcak Conley is a seasoned professional in the field of applications engineering and business development with extensive experience in the electronics and healthcare markets. Currently serving as VP of Applications Engineering for North America and Europe at Henkel since July 2016, Burcak also holds the position of Head of Global Engineering Excellence and has previously led customer service and engineering initiatives within the organization. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Manager for PolyOne, specializing in medical and healthcare market development, and multiple positions at Dow, such as Application & Product Development Manager and Application Technology Leader, where Burcak contributed to innovative projects in performance plastics and solar materials. Academically, Burcak holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Hamburg, complemented by further studies in business management at IESE Business School and Harvard Business School Online.
