Dayong Sun is an experienced global technical leader and people manager currently serving as the Global Lead for the Molecular Structure Characterization Platform at Henkel since 2013. With a robust history in the chemical, consumer goods, agricultural, biotech, and biomedical industries, Dayong has led various teams across the US, Europe, and APAC to enhance analytical capabilities in molecular structure characterization. Prior to this, Dayong held significant roles at Shriners Hospitals for Children and Monsanto Company, where they oversaw research projects and developed innovative analytical platforms. Dayong's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Tianjin University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
