Eileen Lin

Eileen Lin has built a career focused on employer branding and internal communication, currently serving as the Employer Reputation Manager for APAC at Henkel since 2024. Previously, Eileen held positions at Beiersdorf, where they were the Assistant HR Communication Manager and HR Supervisor, as well as at KPMG China in employer branding roles. Eileen began their professional journey with a marketing internship at Chanel in 2011 and later worked as an HR Specialist in expat management at Asia Pulp & Paper from 2015 to 2017. Eileen earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Donghua University and a Master of Public Administration from Long Island University.
