Eva Ell

Eva Ell (geb. Moos) is currently the Head of Employer Reputation, DEI, Recruitment, and Vocational Training for Henkel in Germany and Switzerland, where they drive HR processes and digitalization initiatives. Prior to this role, they served as an HR Business Partner in the Beauty Care division and held various positions, including HR-Generalist and Head of Personnel Administration. Eva completed a dual studies program in International Management, which included internships across multiple departments such as Talent Management in Asia Pacific and Corporate Recruitment in Düsseldorf. Their educational background includes studies at IUBH University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2016.
