Jan Franzen

Jan Franzen currently serves as Corporate Director Legal at Henkel since December 2024. Prior to this role, Jan held various positions within Henkel AG & Co. KGaA from July 2017 to September 2024, including Head of CEO Board Office and Corporate Counsel for Adhesive Technologies and M&A. Jan's experience also includes serving as Head of Legal SEA/ANZ and Regional Counsel at Henkel Singapore Pte Ltd from February 2011 to April 2017. Jan began a legal career as an Attorney at Orth Kluth Rechtsanwälte between March 2009 and January 2011. Jan holds multiple degrees and certificates in law and business from institutions such as the University of Freiburg, University of Marburg, IESE Business School, The London School of Economics and Political Science, and Bucerius Law School, with executive education completed in 2012, 2017, and 2019.
