Karen Koosis

Karen Koosis is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Sales and Channel Excellence for the Metals business within the Automotive & Metals Division at Henkel Corporation, a position held since October 1997. The Metals business encompasses Packaging, Coil, and Functional Coatings segments. Previous roles at Henkel include Global Program Manager, Regional Innovation Process Owner for AT-NA, and Senior Quality Specialist, as well as serving as Director of Sales Excellence. Prior to her extensive career at Henkel, Karen worked as an Analyst at Midwest Analytical Services from 1995 to 1996. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Central Michigan University, completed between 1990 and 1994, and graduated from Eisenhower High School in 1990.
