Katie Brethour

Katie Brethour currently serves as Vice President of Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service at Henkel since November 2014. Prior experience includes a significant role at Avon from August 2000 to March 2014, where Katie was recognized as Executive Director of Service Model Transformation, leading a $700MM supply chain initiative and collaborating with senior leadership on technology implementations. Additional positions at Avon included Head of Supply Chain for the Philippines and General Manager of the West Coast Distribution Center, showcasing expertise in integrated supply chain management and fulfillment operations. Earlier experience at McMaster-Carr involved supervising a fulfillment team and optimizing operational efficiency. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business from Texas Christian University and has completed executive education in Supply Chain at both Penn State University and Michigan State University.
