Marie-Christine Martinez has extensive experience in quality management and operational leadership, currently serving as Corporate Vice President for Quality & Safety, Health, Environment at Henkel since May 2022. Previous roles include Vice President of Customer Satisfaction & Quality at Schneider Electric, overseeing a global team for the Power Products Division, and Vice President of Quality at Volvo Group, responsible for quality performance across multiple assembly plants in EMEA. Marie-Christine has also held leadership positions at VALEO and GARNIER MEXICANA, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality improvement and team development throughout a career spanning over three decades. Education includes an Executive Education Program from INSEAD and a Master of Engineering from INSA Lyon, complemented by studies at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
