Markus Petrak

Markus Petrak is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leading digital workplace initiatives and business process automation. Currently serving as Corporate Director IT at Henkel since June 2009, Markus oversees operations for 50,000 users, manages the Office 365 Competence Center, and spearheads innovation scouting and EUC provider management. Prior to this role, Markus held the position of Director EMEA Consultancy at Nortel from September 2006 to May 2009 and worked as Manager Infrastructure Consulting at IBM from August 1997 to September 2006. Markus holds an education from IESE Business School (2014) and a degree from Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences (1993-1997).
