Sayed Farahat has extensive experience in research and development within the laundry and home care sector at Henkel, beginning in October 1999 and continuing to the present. Currently serving as the Head of R&D Innovation for Laundry & Home Care in the MEA, Turkey, and CAC regions, Sayed leads formulation development for all related products. Previously held positions include Laundry Care Products Development Manager for the Middle East & Africa, International Product Development Manager, R&D Head for the GCC & Jordan, and Regional Product Development Manager for Home Care products. Sayed’s academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Ain Shams University.
