Shruti Chaturvedi has over a decade of experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Team Manager for HRDirect Global Total Rewards at Henkel since February 2014, after progressing through roles including Team Lead and Senior Specialist. Previously, Shruti worked as an HR Consultant at a confidential company and held positions in sales and marketing at The Leela Palaces & Resorts and as a Management Trainee at Valueleaf Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and HR from ICFAI Business School, completed in 2010, along with a foundational education from Delhi Public School, India.
