Tara Layton-Piirala has over 19 years of experience in customer operations and financial management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at Henkel since August 2004. During tenure at Henkel, Tara has held several key roles including Sr. Manager of Deductions & Pricing Compliance, Continuous Improvement Leader, Team Lead for SAP Implementation (FICO), and Assistant Controller. Prior to Henkel, Tara worked as an Assistant Controller at Sentry Financial Corporation from 2003 to 2004. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Accounting from Westminster University (2002-2004) and a BS in Accounting from the University of Utah (2000-2002).
