Victoria Blair

Victoria "Vicka" Blair is a highly experienced engineering professional with a background in biomedical engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Global Application Engineer at Henkel since June 2023, Vicka has previously held several positions at Medtronic, progressing from Global Support Engineer to Senior Global Support Engineer over four years. Vicka's earlier roles include Research Assistant at both the University of Connecticut Health Center and the Interdisciplinary Mechanics Laboratory, where research focused on osteoarthritis simulation through impact testing of knee cartilage. Vicka also served as Professional Director for the UConn Society of Women Engineers and engaged in initiatives to enhance diversity in engineering. Vicka holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, completed in 2019.
