Victoria Meinecke

Victoria Meinecke serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board at Henkel since May 2020, having previously held various brand management roles within Henkel Consumer Brands and Beauty Care. Prior experience includes a position as a Working Student at REWE Group focusing on customer insights, as well as advisory roles at Simon-Kucher & Partners and L'Oréal, where Victoria contributed to market analyses and marketing strategies. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Cologne, along with additional studies at NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. Victoria also volunteered with the Children's Future Fund e.V. in support of a children's home in Bali and has gained substantial experience in marketing and market research through diverse internships and student roles.
