Wei Shi is currently the Head of Business for Consumers and Craftsmen Adhesives in China and the Head of Product Development and Innovation for Asia Pacific at Henkel. With over ten years of extensive technical and business experience in the construction and building chemical industry, Wei has successfully built and managed R&D teams to support business growth. Wei's previous roles include Technical Manager for China and North Asia at Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings, where they led a team focused on product and process innovation, and Management Trainee at ICI Paints. Wei holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Hong Kong, earned between 2015 and 2017.
