Mike Cox

Mike Cox is an experienced executive in performance systems and program management with significant contributions to various companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Performance at Henkels & McCoy Group, Inc., and President of H&M Shared Services, Inc., Mike has held various leadership roles since 2016, including Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Quality and Performance Systems. Prior experience includes Vice President roles at SRA International, Aerodyne Industries, LLC, and Net Objectives, alongside a long tenure at Lockheed Martin where Mike held multiple director positions focusing on program performance, operations, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia between 1980 and 1984.
