Fredelene E. has extensive experience in the fields of executive education and psychological services, currently serving as an Independent Faculty member at Henley Business School - Africa since 2016 and the University of Stellenbosch since 2009. Fredelene E. is also the Owner of BeTheChange Consulting Services, which focuses on self-leadership, emotional intelligence, change management, and coaching. Previous roles include Co-Director at AIHCD and Senior Psychologist at the University of Johannesburg and the University of Stellenbosch. Academically, Fredelene E. holds a Master's in Business Leadership from the Graduate School of Business Leadership (Unisa), a Higher Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Town, a Diploma in Business & Life Coaching from the University of Johannesburg/Orion BS, a Master's in Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch, and a BA. Hons Psychology from the University of the Western Cape.
