Kim Almeida

Kim Almeida serves as the Head of HR at Henley Business School - Africa since March 2013, with a mission to influence and implement an evolving HR strategy while balancing strategic agility and operational excellence. Previously, Kim held positions at Henley including Operations Manager and Executive Education Programme Manager, overseeing operational imperatives and managing executive learning programmes. Prior experience includes being a Business Manager at SBP, where responsibilities encompassed operational systems and project budgeting, and Deputy Registrar for the Commerce, Law and Management faculty at the University of the Witwatersrand, providing strategic leadership in postgraduate studies. Kim Almeida is currently pursuing an MSc in Global Human Resource Management at the University of Portsmouth, building on an extensive educational background in management, HR, and public management from various institutions.
