Monica Pienaar

Monica Pienaar is an experienced Programme Manager with a strong background in education and training coordination, currently serving at Henley Business School - Africa since October 2020. Prior roles include Programme Manager for ED4Africa at USB Executive Development (Pty) Ltd and Project Manager at the Center for Creative Leadership. Monica has also held multiple positions at USB Executive Development Ltd, including Programme Manager for the Rest of Africa. Prior experience features a role as Training Manager at 21st Century Pay Solutions Group and positions within Standard Bank Group. Academic qualifications include a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Industrial Psychology and People Management and a BA (Hons) in Human Resources Management and Services, both from the University of Johannesburg.
