Melissa Johnson

Melissa Johnson serves as the Employee Experience and Culture Leader at Hennepin Healthcare, bringing extensive expertise in human resources and organizational culture. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at Best Buy, including Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Leader, as well as HR Project Manager. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from St. Cloud State University between 1986 and 1990.
