Isaac Simons has a diverse range of work experience. In 2016, they co-founded Mike&Ike Lake, a company that they were involved with until 2018. In 2020, they worked as a Shop Facilitator at Silver Lake Auto & Tire Centers, where they performed basic car maintenance and assisted expert mechanics when necessary. Isaac also organized customer transport logistics and maintained shop conditions. Later in 2020, they briefly served as an Extern at MIAC - Mortgage Industry Advisory Corporation. In 2021, they interned as an Analyst/Broker at Lockton Re. Currently, in 2022, they are an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Hennepin Partners.

Isaac Simons attended Lake Country Lutheran High School from 2015 to 2019. After completing high school, they enrolled at Carleton College and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from 2019 to 2023.
