Trevor Gooch

Trevor Gooch is an experienced IT support professional with a strong background in helpdesk and field support roles. Currently serving as the IT Support Team Lead at Hennessy Automobile Companies since January 2017, Trevor supervises helpdesk and field support operations, and performs tasks as a Gmail and Exchange Administrator. Prior experience includes positions as a Field Services Technician for DeKalb Medical, managing IT services for multiple physician sites, and a Helpdesk Engineer at Milner, Inc., where Trevor provided high-level remote support. Additional roles include Helpdesk Support at Teavana and Desktop Support Technician at EZ Prints, where Trevor dealt with hardware configurations and troubleshooting network issues. Trevor began a career in logistics with the US Army, maintaining inventory for a communications unit during deployment in Iraq. Trevor holds a degree in IT-Computer Network Systems from American Military University.
