Aaron Decamp

Aaron DeCamp is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and estimation across various companies. Currently serving as Preconstruction Manager and Senior Estimator at Henning Companies since March 2022, Aaron previously held significant roles at SHYFT Collective, including National Director of Construction and Senior Construction Manager, from March 2017 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes Director of Construction Operations at Nelson Construction and Development and Onsite Project Manager at Covenant Construction Services. Aaron's career also encompasses positions in project management and estimating at Redstone Finishes, Olympic Companies, Inc., and L & L Insulations/Controlled Asbestos. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, where studies were completed from 1994 to 1998.
