Dan Wells

Dan Wells is a seasoned professional in software and product development with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Manager of New Product Development - Electrical at Henny Penny since March 2023, Dan leads a team focused on commercial cooking equipment innovation. Previously, Dan held multiple leadership roles at Intelligrated from April 2012 to March 2023, including Sr Manager overseeing several product development teams and contributing to diverse software projects. Earlier in Dan's career at L-3 Communications Nova Engineering, responsibilities included serving as Division Ethics Officer, Director of Business Excellence, and managing software engineering teams. Dan's foundational experience includes software development roles at Alcatel and Texas Instruments Defense Systems. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Wright State University.
