Darryl Johnson

Darryl Johnson has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Darryl currently serves as a School Principal at Henrico County Public Schools since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Principal at Lake Braddock Secondary School in Fairfax County Public Schools from 2021 to 2022. Darryl also had an extensive tenure at Virginia Beach City Public Schools, where they held roles as an Assistant Principal from 2013 to 2021 and as a School Counselor from 2010 to 2013.

Darryl Johnson completed their PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Old Dominion University between 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling from Norfolk State University. Between 2010 and 2012, they attended The George Washington University - Graduate School of Education and Human Development, where their field of study was Educational Administration and Supervision.
