Charity Rupp has extensive experience in marketing, public relations, and community engagement. Charity has worked as a Marketing Manager at Henrico FCU, where they supervised all marketing activities and maintained relationships with key decision-makers. At Credit Union of Richmond, they served as the Marketing Director and Business Development Specialist, spearheading a successful rebranding effort and expanding the credit union's target demographic.

Charity also worked as a Consultant and Assistant Creative Manager at Access Confidential, where they streamlined workflow processes and managed all creative projects. Charity has experience in volunteer coordination and player relations as the Information Officer at Bethlehem Little League. Additionally, Charity has a background in freelance marketing and public relations, specializing in social media consulting for small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Furthermore, Charity has held positions such as Corporate Communications Manager at Wheat Systems Integration, Sales and Community Relations Manager at Yes Communities, and Media Buyer/Account Executive at Clayton Homes. Charity began their career as a Public Relations Intern at Sunshine Broadcasting.

Charity Rupp pursued their academic journey with a strong focus on the social sciences. In 2003, they attended Santa Fe College, where they obtained an Associate of Art degree in Journalism. Building on this foundation, they furthered their studies and enrolled at the University of Florida from 2005 to 2007. During this period, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Business Administration. Recognizing their passion for policy-making, Charity then pursued higher education at New England College from 2009 to 2010, where they earned a Master's degree in Public Policy.
