Ryker Harding

RYKER T. HARDING is an experienced professional in construction and healthcare management, currently serving as the Director of Construction Services at Henriksen Butler since January 2015, where the focus is on creating sustainable interiors and enhancing traditional construction processes. Previously, RYKER held the position of Administrator at Rocky Mountain Care from May 2010 to January 2015, overseeing eight homecare offices and 250 employees, while driving revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Prior experience also includes serving as Director of Operations with responsibilities for managing care for over 100 patients and generating significant sales, as well as Project Manager at Blaser Construction, where RYKER facilitated positive collaboration among stakeholders and managed significant renovation projects. RYKER holds an Executive M.B.A. from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Idaho State University.
