Chris Spearing

Chris Spearing has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving in a Group Strategy role at Henry Boot PLC since June 2020, where responsibilities include collaboration with the CEO and senior management on strategy and investor relations. Prior to this, Chris worked as a Research Analyst at Liberum, covering UK REITs and listed real estate companies, and served as a Consultant at Tilstone Partners Limited, focusing on investor relations and financial communications. Additional positions include Director roles at Canaccord Genuity and Numis Securities, concentrating on equity research for real estate companies, as well as heading European real estate equity research at Citi. Chris began a career in real estate investment as an Analyst at HSBC and progressed to Vice President at Merrill Lynch. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and an MSc in European Property Development from UCL.
