Serena Lang

Serena Lang is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various sectors, including construction, energy, and technology. Currently serving as a Senior Independent Director at Henry Boot and a Board Mentor at Criticaleye, Serena also chairs Trifast plc and holds a Non Executive Director position at Ainscough Crane Hire and Carecent. Previous roles include Non Executive Chair of Eleco plc, where significant shareholder value was achieved, and Executive Chairman at St Peter's School, York. Notable past positions at Invensys Process Systems included strategic account management for BP, resulting in significant revenue growth. A graduate of Kingston University with an MBA, Serena has also completed the FT Non Executive Director Postgraduate Diploma and held global leadership roles at BP Lubricants and BP Refining & Marketing, driving transformational change and operational excellence.
