Shannon Herbst

Shannon Herbst is an experienced sales and business development professional with a diverse background across multiple industries. Currently serving as a salesperson at Michell's since August 2023, Shannon also holds the position of business development/estimating at Ashton Manor Environmental since May 2022 and has been a certified arborist and director of national sales at the International Society of Arboriculture since May 2012. Previous roles include regional sales manager at Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Company, director of national sales at Outside Unlimited Resources, LLC, and mid-Atlantic territory manager at Rainbow Treecare. As the owner of Bayview Landscaping, Inc., a WBE/DBE landscaping contractor from 2005 to 2016, Shannon developed significant entrepreneurial skills. Early career experience includes a sales role at US Maintenance. Shannon holds a BSBA in Business Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, completed in 1995, and graduated from Bel Air High School in 1991.
