Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at HFT, comprising the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer, CEO and President, and Chief Revenue Officer, is responsible for steering the company towards its strategic objectives. They set company-wide goals, oversee financial health, streamline operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure that all engineering and construction projects in the glass, industrial, and power generation markets are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
